„Koga stvorim bude živ“ u Garešnici

After the presentation of the concept of the mobile sculptures *Travelers*, 18 young participants from **OŠ Garešnica** and the **August Šenoa High School Dormitory** were introduced to the role of the artist. Working in teams of five groups, they developed ideas and solved artistic and communication challenges, mastering an original recycling technique using paper and tape. This method is suitable for creating sturdy sculptures, objects, and stage designs, as well as for developing ecological and social projects. The technique strengthens ecological awareness and encourages the creation of new things from old and discarded materials.

During the workshop, a strong creative energy was unleashed, and Garešnica gained five new sculptural “inhabitants”: **Saguara**, **Miroslav**, **Jelenko-Sirenka**, **Slonko**, and **Cattrix**. The participants exchanged contacts and planned further collaborative activities with their sculptures. In a time of alienation and virtualization, the workshop connected students through collaboration, play, and exploration, encouraging them to express their own ideas.
